WHAT

Arrival is a new contemporary art fair in the Berkshires that launched its first edition in June 2025. Set across the grounds and guest rooms of Tourists hotel in North Adams, the fair brings together leading galleries, artists, and collectors in a uniquely intimate setting. Conceived as an alternative to the scale of conventional fairs, Arrival combines rigorous programming with the character of the region — positioning the Berkshires as a destination for art on the national stage. The audience is purposefully focused: Arrival convenes art industry influencers, museum curators, gallery directors, and committed collectors from across the United States. This community-driven format ensures meaningful dialogue and visibility for participating artists, while also reinforcing Arrival’s role as a meeting point for cultural leadership.
